ESP Water, First Floor Kings Court, 41-51 Kingston Road, Leatherhead, KT22 7SL (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water Undertaker in place of Bristol Water plc and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Wessex Water Services Limited for an area known as East of Harry Stoke, Phase 5, Lower Hambrook, Stoke Gifford, Bristol, BS34 8QB . Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
