PSTN SWITCH-OFF (LANDLINE PHONES):

In December 2025, the PSTN Switch-Off will disconnect ALL landline phones using copper wiring for their connection.

It’s important that we stay in contact with our consumers, especially those on our Priority Services Register. Please call us on 01372 587 500 and select OPTION 2 to provide an up-to-date phone number.
