Priority Services Register - Registration Form


The Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free service offered to utility consumers by both your network operators and your suppliers. It may entitle you to extra help and support in the event of an outage or an emergency.

Please complete and submit this form to inform us of your request to join the PSR. If you would like confirmation that you have been added, please be sure to provide your email address.

Home Visits

We may need to visit your home to inspect or maintain equipment at your property; this may be for a planned appointment or in the instance of an unplanned fault on our network. If you are registered on our PSR and wish to have additional security, we can offer a service whereby we agree a password with you. This password is then passed on to the employee or contractor that will be visiting your home.

Please note that it is not possible to guarantee a constant supply of electricity, gas or water and it is essential that you have alternative arrangements in place to fall back on if a constant supply is crucial for you. If you would like our advice on this matter, please contact us and we can discuss other arrangements that you may be able to use should you experience an interruption to your supply.
