APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER AND SEWERAGE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS WESTDALE ROAD, JACKSDALE
ESP Water, Bluebird House, Mole Business Park, Leatherhead, KT22 7BA (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water Undertaker and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Severn Trent Water Limited for an area known as Westdale Road, Jacksdale NG16 5JF. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours
