APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER AND SEWERAGE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS STURDEE POULTRY FARM (PHASE 2), SOWTERS LANE
ESP Water, 1st Floor Kings Court, 41-51 Kingston Road, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 7SL (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Severn Trent Water Limited for an area known as Sturdee Poultry Farm (Phase 2), Sowters Lane, Burton On The Woods, Leicestershire, LE12 5AL. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours; alternatively, copies may be provided by emailing my address below.
