ESP Water Limited, First Floor Kings Court, 41-51 Kingston Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, United Kingdom, KT22 7SL (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water Undertaker in place of Severn Trent Water Limited and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Yorkshire Water Services Limited for an area known as Oxcroft Ph3, Bolsover, Chesterfield, S44 6GH. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
