APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER AND SEWERAGE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS HUNGERHILL (PHASE 2), DONCASTER.
ESP Water, First Floor Kings Court, 41-51 Kingston Road, Leatherhead, KT22 7SL (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Yorkshire Water Services Limited for an area known as Hungerhill (Phase 2), Doncaster Road, Edenthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 2JY. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours; alternatively, copies may be provided by emailing my address below.
