APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS HOOTEN LANE, LEIGH (PHASE 2).
ESP Water, Bluebird House, Mole Business Park, Leatherhead, KT22 7BA (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water Undertaker in in place of United Utilities Water Limited for an area known as Hooten Lane, Leigh WN7 3DA. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours
