APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER AND SEWERAGE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS HOLTON CROFT (LOUTH ROAD), HOLTON LE CLAY, GRIMSBY
ESP Water, Bluebird House, Mole Business Park, Leatherhead, KT22 7BA (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Anglian Water Services Limited for an area known as Holton Croft (Louth Road), Land east of Louth Road, Holton Le Clay, Grimsby, Lincolnshire, DN36 5AE. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
