APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER AND SEWERAGE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS HOLDFOLD, BLACKBURN
ESP Water, Bluebird House, Mole Business Park, Leatherhead, KT22 7BA (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of United Utilities Water Limited for an area known as Land at Holden Fold, Darwen, Blackburn, BB3 3AU. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
