ESP Water Limited, First Floor Kings Court, 41-51 Kingston Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, United Kingdom, KT22 7SL (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of United Utilities Water Limited for an area known as Cuerden Farm, Wigan Road, Clayton-le-Woods, PR25 5PD. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
