APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER AND SEWERAGE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS CHISWELL GREEN, ST ALBANS.
ESP Water, First Floor Kings Court, 41-51 Kingston Road, Leatherhead, KT22 7SL (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water Undertaker in place of Affinity Water Limited and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Thames Water Utilities Limited for an area known as Chiswell Green, Chiswell Green Lane, St Albans, AL2 3EE. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours
