APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER AND SEWERAGE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS BICYCLE WORKS PHASE 1, PEEL STREET.
ESP Water, First Floor Kings Court, 41-51 Kingston Road, Leatherhead, KT22 7SL (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Severn Trent for Water Limited an area known as Bicycle Works Phase 1, Peel Street, Wolverhampton, WV3 0NF. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours; alternatively, copies may be provided by emailing my address below.
