Transform Housing provides housing and support to socially excluded and vulnerable people, including those on low incomes and facing financial hardship, to enable them to go on and live independent and fulfilling lives. The work of Age UK in supporting our elderly population is particularly important during the pandemic and we are delighted to be working with them.
