  • Helping to de-risk the project when the energy strategy was unknown.
  • Successfully submitted Ofwat: NAV application, securing water supply for the client without any RFIs.
  • Energisation of Site Show Homes within 6 months of contract being awarded, supporting delivery of early project milestones.
  • Secured temporary streetlight connections, without requirement for additional legal agreements
  • Interim Tee Supply Agreement ensure first 100 plot milestones were met (POC 1 200kVA supply)
  • Recommended use of ESP specification reduced cost and footprint of 33kv primary substation
  • EV infrastructure incorporated into every plot, also lowering overall residential ADMD.
