Your local water supplier is the company that sends you the bill for your water.

NETWORK OPERATOR:

Unlike gas and electricity suppliers, they also own and operate the pipes that supply water to your property, and take wastewater away.

Sometimes, your wastewater company may be different to your water supplier If so, they may either bill you directly, or let your water supplier bill you on their behalf.

You can’t choose your water supplier unless you are a business customer.
