APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER AND SEWERAGE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS HARVINO (BROMSGROVE ROAD), HUNNINGTON
ESP Water, Bluebird House, Mole Business Park, Leatherhead, KT22 7BA (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water Undertaker in place of South Staffordshire Water PLC and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Severn Trent Water Limited for an area known as Harvino (Bromsgrove Road), Blue Bird Confectionary Ltd, Blue Bird Park, Bromsgrove Road, Hunnington, B62 0EW. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
